Returns & Exchanges

Exchanges or refunds (issued as store credit/gift cards only) are applicable solely in the case of damaged or defective items.

Any defect must be reported within 24–48 hours of receiving the order.

If an item does not pass our internal quality control prior to dispatch, the order will be cancelled and the customer will be notified accordingly.
Size-Related Concerns

Exchanges due to size issues are subject to availability of the requested size.

Refunds or exchanges are not applicable for incorrect size selection.

If the requested size is unavailable, the order will be processed as originally placed. We strongly recommend reviewing our size guide before confirming your purchase.

While we make every effort to display product colours accurately, slight variations may occur due to lighting, screen resolution, or fabric dye lots.

All Khatoon garments are dry clean only. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper washing or care.
