At Khatoon, quality and customer satisfaction are at the heart of everything we do. Kindly review our policy carefully before placing your order:

Returns & Exchanges

  • Exchanges or refunds (issued as store credit/gift cards only) are applicable solely in the case of damaged or defective items.

  • Any defect must be reported within 24–48 hours of receiving the order.

  • If an item does not pass our internal quality control prior to dispatch, the order will be cancelled and the customer will be notified accordingly.

Size-Related Concerns

  • Exchanges due to size issues are subject to availability of the requested size.

  • Refunds or exchanges are not applicable for incorrect size selection.

  • If the requested size is unavailable, the order will be processed as originally placed. We strongly recommend reviewing our size guide before confirming your purchase.

Additional Information

  • While we make every effort to display product colours accurately, slight variations may occur due to lighting, screen resolution, or fabric dye lots.

  • All Khatoon garments are dry clean only. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper washing or care.

  • Once an order has been processed, cancellations are not permitted.

  • Khatoon reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of stock unavailability or if an item fails to meet our quality standards.
